Today's gardening activities didn't quite go to plan! We intended to plant some tree saplings but on finding the planting locations completely waterlogged, decided to heel them in to one of our planters instead. This will protect the saplings until they can be planted out in the spring.

After ensuring the tree saplings were safe, the children went on to do some leaf clearing, an ongoing job at this time of the year.
