The children have enjoyed making harvest slider pictures in Design and Technology. The children first decorated their fields with crops they had learnt about thinking carefully about whether they grew above and below the ground, before adding a cob=mbine harvester, tractor or scarecrow as a slider to their picture. The children enjoyed an outdoors hunt in Maths. The children had to find numbers 1 more than or 1 less than a given number. When they found the number in the playground, the number had a letter assigned to it. The children were excited to discover this spelt Harvest- our topic of Term 1.
