The children have been on their first school trip. We went to the Zion Methodist Church and learnt all about Easter. We were welcomed by Reverend Val and other members of the church, who talked to the children about the different parts of the story and the reason behind Easter. Some of the activities included flipping a pancake, trying pitta bread (The last supper), rolling the stone away from the tomb and waving a palm leaf.  The children were fantastic and represented the school really well.
