Over this term, the children will learn about how to care for different seeds, what different seeds look and feel like, what they grow into, the different parts of a plant and what plants need to survive. To start our growing topic, the children planted a sunflower seed. The children really enjoyed exploring a range of different seeds and planting their very own to watch grow and take home to plant in their own garden.
