Pruning and sweeping
Today, two of our Year 2 gardeners pruned the shrubs in the wooden planters, while other children swept and collected leaves which had accumulated on the playground. Leaves that fall onto the hard, tarmac surface of the playground can become very slippery, so leaf removal is an ongoing and important job at this time of the year.
