To link with our learning on Space, the children in Foundation Stage have been learning about the story 'Whatever Next'. They worked in groups to create their own rockets to protect their very fragile 'egg astronauts' and then found out which landed in one piece. They then had a picnic, just like baby bear in the story, to celebrate a successful launch.
