As part of their science learning, the children in Mr Scrupps' took part in an outdoor trail identifying the characteristics of animals and matching them up to the corresponding group. Working collaboratively, the children had to explore the woodland area to find and collect information on the different groups before collating and sorting each characteristic to its group. Once completed, the children were then presented with a wide selection of animals which they had to classify by using their findings.
